- If your jerseys do not suit you, you can exchange them within 14 days following the receipt of your order.

- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you change your mind within 14 days, the store will take back and refund any unused item in its original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request, if applicable.
If your request is approved, the items must be returned at your expense, after which a refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 to 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All items can be returned and exchanged. For all exchange requests, please fill out the return form which you will find at the bottom of the page on our website, then send the product back to us by including the return form in the package to the following address: GLADIANE, 158 Allée du petit verger, 76160 Préaux.
The shipping costs for returning products will be at your expense.
Products can only be exchanged once.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Regarding undelivered orders
- If you have not received your order but it is marked as delivered by our carrier, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We are not responsible for theft or address errors.
- If your mail is not claimed and is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs in the event of reshipment.
Regarding parcels damaged by the carrier
The customer agrees to check the conformity of the product with their order upon delivery and to refuse any parcel that is damaged or contains damaged or missing products.Indeed, in accordance with Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code, the receipt of the transported goods extinguishes any action against the carrier for damage or partial loss if, within three days, not including public holidays, following the day of receipt, the recipient has not notified the carrier, by registered letter, of their reasoned protest.
THE CUSTOMER MUST THEREFORE NOTE ANY RESERVATIONS ON THE DELIVERY SLIP AND IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER USING ONLY THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS:
1- Damaged package or broken product (describe the damage observed visually)
2- Open package with missing items
3- Missing packages (note the number of missing packages)
4- Open package: the driver cannot wait (also send a registered letter to the Carrier)
