- If your jerseys do not suit you, you can exchange them within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you change your mind within 14 days, the store will take back and refund any unused item in its original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request, if applicable.
If your request is approved, the items must be returned at your expense, and a refund will be issued. Credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All items can be returned and exchanged. For all exchange requests, please fill out the return slip which you will find at the bottom of the page on our website, then return the product to us by inserting the return slip in the package to the following address: GLADIANE, 158 Allée du petit verger, 76160 Préaux.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the products to be returned.
Products can only be exchanged once.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Regarding orders not received
- If you haven't received your order but it's marked as delivered by our carrier, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for theft or address errors.
- If your mail is not claimed and is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the delivery costs in case of reshipment.
Regarding packages damaged by the carrier
The customer agrees to verify that the product conforms to their order upon delivery and to refuse any damaged package or any package containing damaged or missing items. Indeed, in accordance with Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, acceptance of the transported goods extinguishes any claim against the carrier for damage or partial loss if, within three days (excluding public holidays) following the date of delivery, the recipient has not notified the carrier of their reasoned protest by registered letter.
THE CUSTOMER MUST THEREFORE NOTIFY ANY RESERVATIONS ON THE TRANSPORT SLIP AND IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER USING ONLY THE FOLLOWING WORDS:
1- Damaged package or broken product (describe the damage observed visually)
2- Package opened with a number of items missing
3- Missing packages (note the number of missing packages)
4- Open package: the driver cannot wait (also send a registered letter to the carrier)
