Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

GLADIANE does offer exchanges If the size does not fit.

We refund in three cases :

1° If the product(s) is (are) not received within 60 days

2° If the product(s) arrives damaged (with photos)


If the carrier confirms that the package could not be delivered we will refund the full amount paid.

Refunds (if any)
If you want a refund, send us a picture of the defective product, we will analyze your picture. Once we have inspected your picture, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days, however no payment will be made without receiving the defective package back. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps you have not received your refund, please contact us at sav@gladiane.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Return for Refund on Defective Product (if applicable)
We will only refund an item if it is defective or damaged, for any return send us an email at sav@gladiane.com and send us your item to : 154 Ter Avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
