What are the delivery times? For your products?

Any order placed before 2pm is shipped the same day.

In France: Standard: 2-4 days/Express: 1 day (business days)

In Europe: Standard: 2-4 business days

DOM: 5-6 business days

International: 5-6 business days

Could I exchange my items if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes, you have 14 days to exchange your items. To do so, please send us an email to the following address: sav@gladiane.com ou print the return slip available in the footer of our website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide and free of charge.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our products are stored in France at Rouen

Do you provide product tracking/monitoring information?

Yes, If your order is placed before 2 PM, you will receive your tracking number by email the same day; otherwise, you will receive it the following day. If you haven't received it, you can always request it by email at the following address: sav@gladiane.com

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the following email address: sav@gladiane.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
